We are looking for a talented and accomplished French Team Manager to supervise an assigned team, meet or exceed client/corporate goals, and coach advisors by providing the necessary skills and knowledge.

Our client is a global leader in insurance broking and risk management, offering global, national, and
- specific solutions.

As a Team Manager, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Managing absenteeism and attrition, ensuring return to work and exit interviews are completed.
• Monitoring team performance against KPIs, initiating corrective actions as needed.
• Conducting quarterly performance reviews and monthly 1:1 meetings with Advisors.
• Recognizing and rewarding outstanding performance.
• Providing clear guidance to achieve key metrics.
• Promoting open communication and sharing best practices.
• Fostering a team environment with high engagement and pride.
• Coaching and developing Advisors, supporting career growth.
• Monitoring interactions for compliance, ensuring performance standards.
• Communicating client/campaign issues promptly.
• Implementing actions to improve client satisfaction scores.
• Training team and new hires on procedures and compliance.

To succeed, you need:

• Proficient French (C2)
• Proficient English (C1 or higher)
• Mandatory training and mentoring skills
• Effective interpersonal, coaching, and leadership abilities
• Excellent communication skills
• Good reasoning skills
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal
• Willingness to relocate to Lisbon or be a local candidate
• Availability to work
  - site at Sete Rios from 8 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday
