We are looking for a talented and accomplished French Team Manager to supervise an assigned team, meet or exceed client/corporate goals, and coach advisors by providing the necessary skills and knowledge.
Our client is a global leader in insurance broking and risk management, offering global, national, and
- specific solutions.
As a Team Manager, your daily responsibilities will include:
- Managing absenteeism and attrition, ensuring return to work and exit interviews are completed.
- Monitoring team performance against KPIs, initiating corrective actions as needed.
- Conducting quarterly performance reviews and monthly 1:1 meetings with Advisors.
- Recognizing and rewarding outstanding performance.
- Providing clear guidance to achieve key metrics.
- Promoting open communication and sharing best practices.
- Fostering a team environment with high engagement and pride.
- Coaching and developing Advisors, supporting career growth.
- Monitoring interactions for compliance, ensuring performance standards.
- Communicating client/campaign issues promptly.
- Implementing actions to improve client satisfaction scores.
- Training team and new hires on procedures and compliance.
To succeed, you need:
- Proficient French (C2)
- Proficient English (C1 or higher)
- Mandatory training and mentoring skills
- Effective interpersonal, coaching, and leadership abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Good reasoning skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal
- Willingness to relocate to Lisbon or be a local candidate
- Availability to work
- site at Sete Rios from 8 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday
Knowledge/abilities include:

Educational and experience requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience
