Your Job

? As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll help customers after they buy home appliances. You’ll be their first point of contact for questions or issues.

Your Tasks

? Answer questions by phone and email
? Diagnose issues using helpful tools and 60

? Use online resources, like You
Tube tutorials, to support customers
? Give updates on orders and delivery
? Assist with small repairs or direct bigger issues to the right department
? Give product information and solve complaints in a friendly way
? Work with 3 support systems/software tools
? Cross-selling skills are a bonus!

What We’re Looking For

• Proficiency in French, both written and spoken
• Interest in tech and home appliances
• Problem-solving mindset
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Sales or
  - selling experience
