French Technical Support SQL Investigation (Remote)

Start Date: 6 January 2026

Working arrangement: Remote with 1 on‑site visit per quarter to the Porto (Douro) office

Role Overview: Support a fast‑growing French fintech by resolving technical issues for users. The core of this role is SQL‑based investigation, troubleshooting, and clear communication with clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support to French‑speaking users via email, phone, or chat
• Diagnose and resolve issues using SQL queries
• Analyse data inconsistencies and identify root causes
• Document resolutions and escalate when necessary

Requirements

• C2 level French, B1/B2 English
• Solid SQL knowledge (reading, writing, debugging)
• Strong analytical thinking & problem‑solving
• Remote‑work readiness

Nice to have

Basic familiarity with Postman or other Saa
S tools.

Salary & Benefits

• 1, 300 EUR gross per month × 12
