Role Overview

Support a
- growing French fintech by resolving technical issues for users. The core of this role is SQL-based investigation, troubleshooting, and clear communication with clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support to French-speaking users via email/phone/chat
• Diagnose and resolve issues using SQL queries
• Analyze data inconsistencies and identify root causes
• Document resolutions and escalation when necessary

Requirements

• C2 level French, B1/B2 English
• Solid SQL knowledge (reading/writing/debugging)
• Strong analytical thinking &
  - solving
• Remote‑work readiness

Nice-to-have

Basic familiarity with Postman or Saa
