French Trainer & Quality Specialist – Employee Benefits Platform – Porto, Portugal
Be among the first 25 applicants. We are looking for a talented French Trainer to perform training needs assessments, design and deliver curriculum, and manage all phases of training interventions while measuring effectiveness and improving metrics.
Responsibilities
- Strong focus on content creation for training purposes
- Adapt existing articles and learning materials from a provided knowledge base
- Translate requirements into training that grooms employees for the next step of their career path
- Develop, design, and oversee training roadmaps/modules, classroom handouts, instructional materials, aids, and manuals
- Deliver training content through various channels and mediums
- Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure alignment with updates and changes
- Stay abreast of new trends and tools in employee development
- Serve as a single point of contact for all product training and documentation needs
- Create learning experiences that equip new and long‑term associates to excel through expert classroom instruction and one‑on‑one coaching
- Create and maintain a positive learning environment
- Modify and present training programs for representatives/agents
- Maintain accurate and updated project training documentation
- Stay informed about client processes and recommend program changes when appropriate
- Perform any other reasonable duties requested by the client or direct managers
- Take responsibility for personal development and comply with regulatory, safety, and security requirements
Qualifications
- Native or proficient level of French (C2)
- Advanced level of English (at least C1) both verbal and written
- Good organization and time‑management skills
- Ability to work with a variety of people from diverse backgrounds
- Fair and consistent judgment and decision making
- Problem‑solving and offer suggestions
- Behavior influence and constructive feedback skills
- Design learning skills and counseling skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Power
Point, Word) - Availability to work 100% on‑site Porto - mandatory
Education & Experience
- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year working in BPO production or comparable customer service
- Previous teaching or coaching/training experience is an advantage
