Key Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and evaluate text, images, videos, and links to ensure compliance with community guidelines
2. Enforce platform policies consistently across all content types
3. Manage user appeals, providing clear and professional responses regarding moderation decisions
4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with regulations and industry best practices
5. Identify patterns and potential risks by analyzing user behavior, contributing to proactive moderation strategies
6. Suggest improvements to enhance moderation tools and processes for increased efficiency

Requirements:

1. Proficiency in French (C1 level)
2. Proficiency in English (B2 level)
3. EU citizenship or a Portuguese residency card
4. At least one year of experience in customer support
5. Strong analytical, leadership, and communication abilities
6. Desire to learn and advance in the field
