We’re Hiring: French-Speaking Debt Recovery Officer (French & English) – Porto Area

Your Key Responsibilities:
Manage credit and collections processes efficiently
Handle disputes, cash applications, and billing-related tasks
Communicate professionally with internal and external customers via phone and online platforms
Collaborate with external customers and suppliers to resolve issues
Validate and ensure accurate, timely reporting; support data research and analysis
Maintain compliance by securing necessary approvals and alerting management of any issues promptly

What We’re Looking For:
Fluent in English and French (minimum C1 level)
Minimum high school diploma (12th grade) or equivalent education
1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
Strong team player with a customer-focused mindset
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Motivated to grow in a multicultural, multinational setting

Flexible working hours: 08:00–17:00 or 09:00–18:00, with a hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 days remote)
