We are a specialized consulting firm in Finance in Legal recruitment based in Malta. We’re building a team of
- performance operators - sharp thinkers, resilient doers, and fiercely driven minds ready to rule the business world.

What you’ll be doing:

Run
-
- end delivery: You’ll be fully trained to manage the entire candidate lifecycle - from sourcing and screening to interview prep and offer negotiation. You’ll work exclusively on live roles from day one, supporting some of Malta’s top Finance and Legal industries.

Operate with precision: It’s a
- paced,
- driven environment. You’ll know all the exact steps you need to do to be successful in the role - all with ongoing support and coaching.

Earn as you deliver: Your commission is uncapped,
- based, and starts from your first placement. On-target earnings in Year 1 range between €38K - €42K, with top performers earning €70K+. You’ll directly see the financial impact of every effort you put in.
