From Latin America to Portugal, IKIGAI Global Hospitality creates and manages destinations where purpose and hospitality walk hand in hand. For our Selina Lisbon unit, we are looking for a Receptionist who shares this vision.

You bring previous experience in front desk or hospitality, excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English (other languages are a plus), and above all, a positive and friendly attitude. You thrive on guest interaction, are energetic, organized, and a true team player. Flexibility to work rotating shifts is essential.

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience in front desk/hospitality roles (mandatory).
• Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English (other languages are a plus).
• Positive attitude, friendliness, and passion for guest interaction.
• Energy, organization, and team spirit.
• Availability for rotating shifts (5 working days / 2 consecutive days off).
• Full-time availability.
