We’re looking for a Front Desk Manager to lead our reception team and be the face of the guest journey at Selina Lisbon. If you’re passionate about hospitality, thrive in dynamic environments, and can balance people leadership with operational excellence, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

Oversee
-
- day front desk operations, ensuring smooth
- in/out and exceptional guest service.

Lead, train, and motivate the reception team to deliver memorable experiences.

Manage reservations, room allocations, and support revenue management strategies.

Handle guest feedback and resolve issues with professionalism and care.

Collaborate with other departments (Housekeeping, F&B, Events) to ensure seamless operations.

Ensure compliance with brand standards, policies, and procedures.


What We’re Looking For

Minimum 4 years of experience in a front desk or guest services leadership role (hospitality experience is a must).

Strong communication and
- solving skills, with fluency in English (Portuguese and other languages are a plus).

A people leader with a
- on approach and a passion for service.

Tech-savvy with experience in PMS/booking systems.

Flexible, proactive, and able to thrive in a
- paced environment.
