Job Description

• Bike Rental process: welcoming Guests, suggesting routes, assigning, and receiving bikes

• Guiding City Bike Tours

• Helping with pre and post tour/rental process

• Basic care of Bikes and Accessories

• Back-Office

Requirements

• Responsible, Organized, Proactive and Flexible

• Able to work under pressure in a
  - paced environment

• Available and willing to work on weekends

• Eager to learn and develop new skills

• Experience in Customer service is a plus

AND

• Fluent in English and Portuguese at good quality level speaking and writing

Additional Skill Sets

• Graduation on Tourism and Service Industry

• International Work experience
