About the Team: as we expand internationally at a high pace, you will be at the centre of our business development within the Logistics team. This team focuses on offering cheaper and better ways of shipping sold items from sellers to buyers and is starting to offer new shipping methods in multiple countries. Our Logistics team is interdisciplinary and works with Backend, Frontend, i
OS and Android Engineers to own the shipping and logistics functionality of our apps and web platform.
What You’ll Do
Here at Catawiki, you will make an impact by improving and delivering product innovations for the platform. You will build beautiful and adaptable web frontends on top of scalable microservices that primarily serve our sellers and buyers, with some work for our customer services and internal operations teams. You will ensure that web components are responsive across desktop, tablet, and mobile, and you will measure and monitor system performance to optimise product performance. You will use A/B experiments, in collaboration with the Product Manager and User Experience Designer, and data analysis to add features and deliver the best user experience on the platform.
What You’ll Bring
You are a Front-end Engineer with extensive frontend experience across multiple technologies, and a strong portfolio of past frontend deliveries. As a Senior Developer, you are effective at lifting the level of your team and enjoy collaborating with Front-end Engineers from other teams. You are a passionate engineer with a strong eye for detail, a great team player, and proactive in taking initiative. You uphold the company’s values and thrive in a diverse, dynamic environment. Our

JS. In addition, you may have bonus skills such as familiarity with Node
JS and production experience, which helps collaboration across the stack.
