About The Contrast Club

The Contrast Club is a new social wellness space opening in Carcavelos, Portugal. We offer
- driven hot yoga and movement classes, breathwork, contrast therapy (sauna + cold plunge), a specialty coffee bar and coworking space, and a retail shop. Our mission is to help people reconnect with themselves and each other through breath, movement, heat, cold, and community.

We're building a space that feels equal parts energizing and grounding—minimalist,
- focused, and designed with intention. We're additionally going to be offering community events from run clubs to jazz nights and book clubs.

About the Role

As a Front of House team member, you'll be the first face guests see when they walk through our doors. You'll set the tone for the studio experience: welcoming, calm, confident, and helpful. This is a

people-facing role

that also requires attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and check in guests for classes
• Manage bookings, class credits, and waitlists using studio software
• Support instructors with class setup and flow
• Reset the studio space between classes (wash and fold towels, clean mats, props, etc. )
• Keep the café + retail area tidy and stocked
• Assist with light service at the café counter if needed
• Handle guest questions and studio policies with professionalism
• Social media help
• Represent the TCC brand in your tone, energy, and communication

What We're Looking For

• Passion for wellness and community
• Fluent in Portuguese and English
• Dependable -- no
  - minute canceling or showing up late
• Confident communicator with a welcoming, confident, and grounded presence
• Experience in customer service, wellness, hospitality, or retail
• Comfortable with tech platforms (we'll train you on the booking system)
• Self-starter with
  - solving skills
• Can keep calm under pressure and stay organized
• Weekend and early morning availability is necessary
