- wave taqueria and we need a service leader to run the floor.

The Role

• Lead and motivate a5-person FOH team through busy service.
• Own the floor experience: frompre-shift briefing to last plate served.
• Coach and train staff to deliverhospitality that feels like your friend’s house party.
• Partner with kitchen to keep service, pace, and energy in sync.

What’s On Offer

• €1, 350 net + up to €250/month KPI bonus.
• 12–18 month path to Restaurant Manager.
• Balanced roster, posted2 weeks in advance.
• Work directly with the founders and a creative,
  - disciplinary team.

What You Bring

• 2+ years FOH leadership in a
  - volume restaurant (250+ covers/day).
• Proven ability totrain, coach, and deliver results.
• Fluent English ; Portuguese strongly preferred; Spanish a plus.
• Tech-savvy, calm under pressure, and
  - focused.
