Front Of House Manager
Born from the Foodriders collective of gastronomy, design, tech and music professionals, Duro de Matar is Lisbon’s first
- wave taqueria. We obsess over provenance, local ingredients and the beat of the service line.
The Role
We need an
- FOH leader who can:
- Orchestrate a 350-cover day with flawless flow, from
- shift brief to last taco served. - Mentor a 6-person floor team - training, coaching and instilling hospitality that feels like hanging outside your favourite taco truck.
- Own guest recovery, online feedback and KPI performance (speed, NPS, covers per labour hour).
- Partner with the BOH and FOH teams to keep service and vibe perfectly in sync.

What You Bring
- 18 months+ FOH management experience in a
- volume,
- casual, or
- dining concept. - Fluent English; conversational Portuguese or Spanish a plus.
- Calm under pressure, sharp with POS & Google Workspace, and generous with feedback.

- timer into a regular.
