FOH Manager - Duro De Matar - Lisbon

We’re building Lisbon’s first
- wave taqueria and we need a service leader to run the floor.

The Role

• Lead and motivate a 5-person FOH team through busy service.
• Own the floor experience:
  
  from pre-shift briefing to last plate served.
• Coach and train staff to deliver hospitality that feels like your friend’s house party.
• Partner with kitchen to keep service, pace, and energy in sync.

• €1, 350 net + up to €250/month KPI bonus.

• 12–18 month path to Restaurant Manager.

• Work directly with the founders and a creative,
  - disciplinary team.

What You Bring

• 2+ years FOH leadership in a
  - volume restaurant (250+ covers/day).
• Proven ability to train, coach, and deliver results.
• Fluent English ;
  
  Portuguese strongly preferred;
  
  Spanish a plus.
• Tech-savvy, calm under pressure, and
  - focused.
