Desired profile:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a Front Office or Guest Services role, ideally in hospitality.
• Fluency in Portuguese and good knowledge of English (additional languages are a plus).
• Strong communication skills, enthusiastic and
  - oriented personality.
• Technical knowledge of reservations, billing, and Front Office systems.
