We are currently seeking a passionate Front Office Agent o join the the team Pestana Hotel Group @Pestana CR7 Lisbon

Greet all guests and assist them with

- out. Maintain a positive attitude and friendly demeanor. Respond to all guest questions and requests. Answer and forward phone calls. Ensure quality standards are in compliance
Keep a tidy and orderly workspace. Key Requirements
Previous experience in a similar role in 4* hotels
Attention to detail and accuracy
Planning and organizing
Ability to multitask and prioritize
Professional appearance and attitude
Effective verbal and written communication skills in French and English
Team work
Flexible regarding work schedules
Ability to respond appropriately to diverse customers and guests
