Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee front office operations, ensuring adherence to hotel policies and standards.
- Address guest complaints and resolve issues to enhance overall satisfaction.
- Manage scheduling and staff performance, including training and mentoring team members.
- Monitor room inventory and allocate rooms according to guest preferences.
- Ensure guest information is handled confidentially and accurately within systems.
- Ensure that Belmond and Leading Quality Assurance standards are fully met by the team.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Qualifications:
What you Bring:
- Previous experience in front office management or hospitality management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Well-organized, methodical, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English.
- Applicants must have eligibility to work in Portugal.
