Front Office Assistant Manager
We are looking for a Front Office Assistant Manager to join our 5 star hotel in an international group, located in the stunning Madeira Island!What we need:
-Passion for hospitality and proven experience of at least 2 years in a similar
- Customer-orientated attitude and
- depth knowledge of customer
- Proficiency in speaking and writing in Portuguese & English, basic German and/or French is a
- Careful
- Proactive, with a sense of initiative and
- Sense of responsibility and
- Excellent communication and people
- Solid knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel-Knowledge in operational systems
Main Responsibilities and Duties:
-Ensure adherence to quality expectations and
- Run and collaborate with the entire Front-Office team, including reception, concierge service and
- Solve customer complaints from all areas of the hotel, handling all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and
- Identify talents, lead, train and build team spirit in a huge
- Monitor the
- Address guests’ service needs and deal with specific customer
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with other departments and
- Take action in all matters related to the safety, security, satisfaction and wellbeing of hotel guests
