Responsibilities

Manage correspondence, meetings, and phone contacts;

Handle and direct phone calls, welcome clients, suppliers, and visitors;

Support with data entry and information management in internal systems;

Plan and coordinate commercial visits, trade fairs, and events, including all related logistics (travel bookings, hotels, suppliers,
- up, etc. );

Gain a thorough understanding of the products and brand positioning within the luxury segment;

Provide direct administrative support to the Management team and assist across departments when required;

Manage the company's general email and institutional contacts;

Oversee office supplies and coordinate maintenance of facilities.

Qualifications

Fluency in English (spoken and written) – mandatory;

Fluency in Spanish and/or French – considered a plus;

Minimum of 2 years' professional experience in administrative roles;

Higher education in Secretarial Studies, Executive Assistance, Public Relations or related fields (preferred);

Solid computer skills (MS Office and general IT user knowledge);

Availability to travel for international fairs and events;

Strong time management, organizational, and multitasking skills;

Professional appearance, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills;

Residence in Amadora (preferred);

Self-motivated, proactive, reliable, and
- oriented.
