Main responsibilities:

• Check-in and
  - out of guests;
• Provide information about hotel services and nearby tourist attractions;
• Manage complaints;
• Coordinate and supervise the reception team during shifts;
• Ensure effective communication between the reception and other hotel departments.

Requirements:

• Training in Tourism or Hospitality;
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role;
• Fluency in English;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Customer-oriented with a liking for public contact;
• Availability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
