About the Company

We’re hiring on behalf of a
- growing startup based in Berlin, and we’re open to EU-based candidates who are willing to relocate for an exciting
- site opportunity.

Please note: we are only able to consider EU citizens or candidates who already hold the right to work in Germany — visa sponsorship is not possible.

This is a hybrid role combining strong frontend engineering skills (80%) with a good eye for design (20%), collaborating closely with the founding team.

What You’ll Do

• Own the user experience and interface of a devtool used by thousands of teams
• Collaborate directly with the founders and engineering team
• Design and implement
  - facing features using technologies like Next. js, Tailwind, Clickhouse, and Postgres
• Contribute to an
  - source project and build in public

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in
  - end or
  - stack development with strong UI/UX focus
• Strong design skills and passion for intuitive interfaces
• Experience (or willingness to learn) modern tools and frameworks
• Proactive, independent mindset and
  - on approach

Contract & Compensation

• Full-time, permanent position
• Location: On-site in Berlin, Germany
• Language: English (required)
• Salary range: €70, 000–€130, 000 gross/year, depending on experience
• Equity options available
• Company name will be disclosed in later stages of the process
