• Participate in Agile ceremonies, contributing to continuous improvement of processes and team efficiency.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in software development.
• Strong proficiency in React and Next. js (main technical skills).
• Understanding of Agile methodologies (differential skill).
• Excellent
  - solving skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Strong communication skills in Portuguese and English .
