Frontend Engineer – Angular & Design Systems Aveiro

Job Description

We are looking for a Frontend Developer to join our Innovation, Strategy and Communication team. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of technology and strategy, contributing to the development of innovative solutions that support our product teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and prototype frontend components and systems using HTML, CSS, Java
  Script, and Angular.
• Collaborate closely with product teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support frontend delivery workflows.
• Contribute to system design and architecture discussions, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical standards.
• Provide technical guidance and documentation to ensure smooth handoff and implementation by product teams.
• Stay up to date with the latest frontend trends and best practices to continuously improve our development processes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with HTML, CSS, Java
  Script, and Angular (mandatory).
• Solid understanding of frontend architecture and design systems (mandatory).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern development workflows.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, especially in
  - functional environments.
• Ability to think strategically and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Experience working in an advisory or enablement role is a plus.
