Frontend Tech Lead - Vue.js (Relocation to Dublin, Ireland is required)
You'll need to relocate to Dublin, Ireland, for this role, as it’s hybrid with two days a week in the office.
Our client is a
- growing international brand in the gifting and experiences space, offering everything from weekend breaks to skydiving adventures across 10+ European countries. They’re now looking for a Frontend Tech Lead to take charge of their online booking domain, a system that handles millions of users and high traffic every day.
This role is perfect for someone who knows how to build, scale, and lead, not just code. You’ll work across three agile teams and help shape how people across Europe discover and book unforgettable experiences.
What you'll be doing
Lead frontend engineering across multiple products and teams
Set the technical direction for booking journeys and
- facing platforms
Mentor developers , run code reviews, and improve frontend standards
Build and maintain scalable UI components using Vue. js (2/3) and Tailwind
Drive performance improvements across booking, search, and integrations
Collaborate with Product, UX and Backend teams to ship better, faster
Influence architecture and
- team tech decisions
Promote clean code, reusable patterns, and solid CI/CD practices
You should have
8+ years in frontend/software development
2+ years in a technical leadership or mentoring role
Deep experience with Vue. js , design systems, and modern frontend architecture
Strong grasp of REST APIs , integration, and backend coordination (bonus for PHP/Symfony)
Experience with CI/CD , test automation (e. g. Cypress), Git

SQL and containerised environments (Docker/Kubernetes)

€85, 000 + 10% bonus + benefits
