This role involves responding to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, maintaining clear and accurate documentation of customer interactions, resolutions, and
- ups in the CRM system.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• High level of proficiency in English (C1 written and oral) and good knowledge of Spanish (B2).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Passion for automotive topics and digital technology.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
