Key responsibilities

As a Manager in our FSO team, you will:

1. Lead cyber security assessments and manage teams to deliver security strategies and transformation programs.
2. Assess current technology architecture for vulnerabilities and improvements.
3. Manage security strategies and conduct information security audits.
4. Oversee technological upgrades and major security environment changes.
5. Ensure
   - quality report production and reviews.
6. Develop the market for Cyber Security services and identify sales opportunities.
7. Build relationships with senior stakeholders.
8. Work with prospective clients to identify opportunities and create proposals.
9. Mentor and coach junior team members, leading by example.
10. Contribute to industry thought leadership and marketing collateral related to cybersecurity.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technologies, or similar.
• At least 5-6 years of experience in Cyber Security projects, mainly in consulting.
• Experience in the financial services sector.
• Client-facing skills and experience in delivery and
  - sales.
• Experience working on international and multicultural projects.
• Leadership skills and full proficiency in English.
• Willingness to work in Portugal and abroad.

Preferred qualifications

Certifications such as ISACA CISM, CISA, CRISC, ISC2 CISSP, SANS GIAC, or similar are a plus.
