Full Stack Developer – Telecom BSS & Network Integration Lisboa

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with a strong background in Telecom Business Support Systems (BSS), network operations, and mobile network provisioning. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working across backend and frontend development, scripting, and API integrations, while also understanding mobile network callflows to enable the creation of
- added services, workflows, and
- party integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications supporting Telecom BSS and network operations.
• Develop and integrate APIs (Open
  API/REST) for interoperability with
  - party systems.
• Implement scripts and automation tools to support provisioning, operations, and monitoring of mobile network elements.
• Translate mobile network callflows into workflows or
  - added services.
• Collaborate with product, network, and operations teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability of developed systems.
• Troubleshoot issues across multiple systems and technologies.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer (backend + frontend).
• Strong proficiency in one or more backend languages/frameworks (e. g. , Java, Node. js, Python).
• Good experience with frontend technologies (e. g. , React, Angular, Vue. js).
• Solid understanding of Telecom BSS (billing, CRM, provisioning, customer management).
• Hands-on experience with Open
  API/RESTful API development and integration.
• Strong scripting skills (e. g. , Python, Shell, Java
  Script).
• Knowledge of mobile network architecture and operations (HLR/HSS, MSC, IMS, IN, PCRF, etc. ).
• Good understanding of mobile network callflows (voice, SMS, data, signaling).
• Experience building
  - added services (VAS) or workflow engines in telecom environments.
• Familiarity with databases (SQL/No
  SQL) and
  - native environments is a plus.
• Excellent
  - solving skills and ability to work in
  - functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in telecom OSS/BSS platforms (charging, mediation, CRM, provisioning systems).
• Knowledge of Diameter, SIP, MAP, or CAMEL signaling.
• Familiarity with containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience in CI/CD pipelines and Dev
  Ops practices.
