Role Overview

We are looking for a Full‑Stack Developer to join our team of 180+ Inno
Techers.

Responsibilities

• Build and test front‑end and back‑end features using Java, Java
  Script, Angular, and CSS.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and team members to define requirements and estimate tasks.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, tested, and well‑documented.
• Manage code and workflows using Git
  Lab.

Requirements

• +4 years of experience as a Java Developer.
• Proven experience with Java (Quarkus), Angular, Java
  Script, HTML, CSS, and Node. js.
• Strong understanding of REST, agile principles, communication protocols, and design patterns.
• Hands‑on experience in Agile/Scrum with standard ceremonies and practices.
• Knowledge of Postgre
  SQL or Oracle.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English (other languages are a plus).
• CPLP nationality or an EU work permit is required.

Nice to Have

• BSc or MSc in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Experience collaborating with UI/UX designers, product managers, and cross‑functional teams.
• Proficiency with ticketing systems (ideally Jira).
