What You Will Be Doing

• Transform concepts into reality: own the full development lifecycle—from clarifying requirements and designing scalable architectures to implementing frontend and backend components, thorough testing, and deploying
  - ready features.
• Become the bug whisperer: analyze technical issues, perform root cause analysis, implement comprehensive solutions (not quick fixes), and develop strategic testing approaches to prevent future issues.
• Champion code excellence: review technical plans and code submissions to ensure solutions are elegant, maintainable, and technically sound, effectively preventing technical debt.

• Creating unnecessary complexity—no

• Following specifications robotically without questioning underlying user needs.

Full Stack Developer Key Responsibilities

Basic Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of
  - on experience developing
  - grade web applications across both frontend and backend domains (framework-agnostic).
• Proven track record of ownership: experience leading complete product features, modules, or teams beyond just contributing isolated components.
• Self-directed
  - solving: ability to navigate ambiguity, establish your own workflow, and find creative solutions without constant guidance.
• Practical experience integrating generative AI technologies into your development workflow.

Working with us

This is a
- time (40 hours per week),
- term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100, 000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
