Your new role

The Full Stack Developer will drive the delivery of Havi's Customer Platform’s web roadmap.

Havi is highly ambitious, career driven, humble, and customer obsessed. On the customer platform team, everything they do is for the customer. This person must understand the customer’s priority, make technical recommendations accordingly.

The Full Stack Developer will:

• Coach and guide Havi's engineers, providing relevant and constructive inputs on development, testing and deployment tasks;
• Collaborate closely with Havi's customer platform operations team, ensuring smooth handover of production solutions to our operations team;
• Lead the ongoing review of code, documentation, and knowledge sharing sessions with the operations team;
• Lead some projects for the mobile team, as capacity grows.

A typical day will include analysis, design, development, testing and deployment of web services, features and enhancements, as well as close engagement with customers.

This role will include
-
- day collaboration and design discussions with Havi's Global Supply Chain Planning and Analytics (GPA) team, as well as with their strategic software partners.

What you'll need to succeed

To succeed as a Full Stack Developer you will need:

• Bachelor's degree in Science and Technology (or equivalent experience);
• +5 years experience in Full Stack Software development;
• Proficient in React, . Net, C#, Azure SQL, Azure Databricks, and other Azure services;
• Familiarity with development tools (such as VS Code, and version control systems like Azure Dev
  Ops or Git);
• Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating them into applications;
• Knowledge of software design principles, user interfaces, and user experience best practices;
• Have a strong portfolio of apps;
• Strong
  - solving skills;
• Ability to debug and optimize code;
• Strong emotional intelligence, highly collaborative with both tech and business stakeholder;
• Preference to work in an Agile development environment and participate in sprint planning,
  - ups, and retrospectives;
• Experience working with global teams in multiple time zones;
• Excellent communication skills – Fluency in English.
