Your Role

As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will:

• Architect and develop robust web applications using React for the frontend and Java for the backend.
• Lead projects, overseeing the full development lifecycle, mentoring junior developers and collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams.
• Innovate by researching and integrating new technologies and frameworks.
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high‑quality software solutions.

What We’re Looking For

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on React, Java and Spring.
• Leadership skills: proven experience in leading teams and projects, with a passion for mentoring others.
• Technical expertise: solid understanding of web technologies, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture.
• Problem‑solving abilities: strong analytical skills with a knack for troubleshooting and optimizing performance.
• Agile methodologies: familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and best practices.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, etc. ).
• Knowledge of Docker and container orchestration tools.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
