As a Full Stack Developer at Ivy Partners, you will be expected to:

• Design, develop, and deliver enhancements and new capabilities on platforms to meet evolving business needs.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.
• Ensure developments adhere to best practices, coding standards, and governance guidelines.
• Participate in solution design reviews and mentor junior developers to enhance team capabilities.
• Provide Level 3 technical expertise to resolve complex incidents and ensure platform performance, stability, and security.

? About you

You are our ideal candidate if:

• You have advanced Javascript skills with experience in modern frameworks.
• You possess a solid understanding of web application development and RESTful API integrations.
• You bring additional experience with data integration platforms (e. g. , Apache Ni
  Fi), dashboard/reporting tools (e. g. , Apache Superset, Power BI), and BPMN engines (e. g. , Flowable).
• You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in technology, engineering, science, or mathematics.
• You have at least 5 years of hands‑on experience as a full‑stack developer, with extensive knowledge of frontend, backend, integrations, and workflow automation.
• You demonstrate strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• You are proactive, adaptable, and customer‑focused, with a collaborative approach and willingness to mentor others.
• You are fluent in English, both written and spoken (C1 level).
