Full Stack Developer Lisboa

Randstad Digital is recruiting a IT Product Owner on Sustainability Product Solutions to join one of our international clients in the aerospace sector.

This is a hybrid opportunity for professionals based in Lisbon, offering the chance to work on

Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholders, establish a long term relationship and collaborate to the definition of the solution and service roadmap, aligned with the Business strategy.
• Make real and implement the commitments taken at Business level, aligned with the targeted solution performance (delivery in TCQ, Business Value Creation, operational efficiency…), in compliance with IM Enterprise architecture and overall governance standards and principles.
• Gain and maintain knowledge of technology enablers and market best practices related to the solution.
• Define the project framework using Agile methods.
• Build and engage multi functional project team.
• Participate in successful
  -
  - end projects operations: Projects Steering Committees, Project reviews, Planning and budget management, suppliers management…
• Perform ITIL-based support processes that include incident, problem, change, configuration, and event management, KPI (Key Performance Indicators).

Qualifications

• Educated to a degree level in Information Technology.
• 4 to 5 years of experience in business requirements definition.
• Strong project management skills.
• IS/IT project experience.
• Agile frameworks, SAFe in particular.
• SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Experience in incident and problem management.
• A sense of responsibility and service orientation.
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
• Good analytical, conceptual and
  - solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• International mindset to be able to work well in a diverse and international team environment.
• Language skills: English, negotiation level.
