Join Nairola as a Co-Founder Full-Stack Developer (Backend Focus) and be responsible for architecting and developing core backend systems to facilitate secure and efficient medical data exchange between hospitals and laboratories. Your role will be vital in ensuring scalability, performance, and compliance with healthcare data regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend APIs using Nest. Js (Type
  Script).
• Implement scalable microservices supporting platform functionalities.
• Ensure high availability, low latency, and request efficiency.
• Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms (OAuth, JWT, RBAC).
• Design and optimize relational and No
  SQL databases (Postgre
  SQL, Mongo
  DB).
• Implement data encryption, backup strategies, and indexing for security and speed.
• Build RESTful APIs and Graph
  QL endpoints for frontend communication.
• Integrate with healthcare APIs like FHIR and HL7 for interoperability.
• Ensure API security via rate limiting, gateways, and validation.
• Maintain HIPAA, GDPR, and NDPR compliance, with security audits and monitoring.
• Set up CI/CD pipelines;
