What You Can Expect With Us:

As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will contribute to the

design and development of scalable, highly available, and resilient microservices

, including their associated web applications when needed. You will transform product ideas from business teams into deployable code using modern standards and technologies. You will influence architectural decisions to ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, and security requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable, robust microservices and related web applications as required.
• Translate product ideas into deployable,
  - quality code using modern technologies and best practices.
• Drive and support architectural decisions in alignment with performance, scalability, and security needs.
• Integrate internal and external applications via synchronous and asynchronous interfaces (REST, g
  RPC, Kafka).
• Manage and optimize application data persistence, leveraging Managed Database Services where applicable.
• Utilize cloud services from Amazon (AWS) and Microsoft (Azure) to build
  - native applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including product owners and architects, to align technical solutions with business needs.
• Mentor and support developers to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
• Work as part of an international, agile team in a stable economic environment.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Sciences, or equivalent training.
• Several years of software development experience with a proven track record of leading technical initiatives.
• Expertise in
  
  Java 17+
  
  and relevant frameworks (Spring Boot, Quarkus, Micronaut).
• Experience designing REST-based APIs and building horizontally scalable microservice architectures.
• Strong knowledge of multithreading and concurrency management.
• Proficiency in
  
  Apache Kafka
  
  for stream processing.
• Experience with
  
  Mongo
  DB
  
  and designing efficient No
  SQL schemas.
• Deep understanding of containerization (
  
  Docker
  
  ) and orchestration tools (
  
  Kubernetes
  
  ).
• Hands-on experience with
  - native application design and working with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience in agile, CI/CD-enabled,
  - first environments.
• Fluent in
