Stafiz is a French startup that develops online software intended for service companies (consultants, lawyers, auditors, etc. ). The software provides ERP features and creates a network among all stakeholders (service companies, their clients, and freelancers).

We are a 25‑person team, based in Paris and Lisbon (Marquês Pombal).

Job Description

The website is built under Laravel (PHP framework) and hosted at AWS. Stafiz is growing very quickly and is now seeking to extend its internal development team. We are looking for a PHP developer that will be in charge of building new features and modules.

We love sharp people who like the code to be neat and clean, for the beauty and efficiency of it. The development team will be growing a lot in the next few months, so you’ll have responsibilities in the business and the way the team is getting structured and organized.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve features on our main platform
• Work with internal and external APIs and Saa

• Refactor, apply security patches and upgrade the platform
• Always seek the best practices and best tools to implement and use in the daily developer life
• Write clean and efficient code
• Be autonomous – you work your way, we judge only by results
• Be a team player

Main Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a back‑end developer
• Good knowledge of PHP (Laravel if possible) and OOP
• Good knowledge of Vue. js is a plus
• Autonomous: you work your way, we only judge by the results
• Strong skills in logic and mathematics
• Team player
• Fluent in English (Portuguese is a plus)
