ℹ The Role

We are looking for a developer with 3+ years of experience to join our agile team. This is a Front-End heavy role (approx. 80%), with the remaining 20% focused on connecting with the Node. js backend APIs.

⚙ Relevant Parts of the Tech Stack

Front-End: React, Tailwind, Redux, Type
Script.

Back-End: Node. js / Type
Script, Express. js and Postgre
SQL.

♂ What We Are Looking For

- 3+ years of relevant experience with our stack.

- You must be based between GMT -3 and GMT +3.

- You love to code, explore new tech, and take ownership of your features.

- You take the initiative to contribute and don't need to be
- fed work.

- Good English communication is a must.

What We Are NOT Looking For

- People who just want to give the best minimum on the job

- People who do not take ownership of their work

- People who need to be chased to get things done

- People who can't stop talking about politics and culture wars

- Brilliant jerks and
- proclaimed geniuses

Bonus Points:

- A Git
Hub profile with visible code.

- Experience with Figma/UI prototyping (or a willingness to learn it on the job).

- Previous startup experience

Compensation:

35k - 80k (€) based on your relevant experience and what you show us during the hiring process.

For the top compensation we expect a senior engineer which really put in the effort and impressed us during the hiring process. Hiring Process

- Intro call with the CTO (~30min).

- Front-End pair programming session with
- up technical discussion (~60min).

- Feedback on the technical session (~30min).

- Conversation with the CEO and the rest of the team. (~30min)
