Senior Full Stack Developer (EU, preferably Portugal based)

We’re building a modern booking platform that connects brands with markets, and we’re looking for a
- stack developer to join us as a core team member.

In this role, you’ll take full ownership of features
-
- end — from backend logic to frontend experience — and ensure the platform remains stable and reliable, even when the lead engineer is offline. You’ll help design and build new features, maintain and evolve the platform, troubleshoot production issues, and contribute to improving the overall codebase as we scale.

What You’ll Work On

• Build and maintain backend features using Django
• Develop and optimize frontend flows using Next. Js
• Work with Postgre
  SQL, Redis, and containerized services (Docker)
• Manage server updates, deployments, and general infrastructure tasks
• Integrate and maintain
  - party services, including:
• Payment providers (Mollie, IBAN payout services)
• AI / OCR /
  - processing APIs
• Monitor system health, troubleshoot bugs, and respond to urgent issues when needed
• Participate in architectural discussions and help shape our scaling roadmap
• Contribute to our release pipelines using Git
  Lab CI/CD

Nice to Have

• Experience with reverse proxies (Nginx), Gunicorn
• Basic Dev
  Ops knowledge
• Familiarity with multilingual setups (e. G. ,
  - modeltranslation)
• Understanding of file/video processing and privacy requirements
• A bit of UX/UI intuition when building frontend components

Minimum Requirements

• We’re keeping this simple — if you meet these, you’re probably a great fit:
• Solid experience with Django (or a comparable Python web framework)
• Comfortable working with React / Next. Js
• Able to work in Dockerized environments
• Confident debugging issues across the full stack
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently
• Willing to take ownership and thrive in a small,
