What You'll Do

Own and enhance our Learning Management System (LMS) - your primary focus will be building delightful, intuitive workflows that serve thousands of product management professionals

Design and build robust APIs and services using Node. js and Postgre
SQL

Craft exceptional user experiences with React, working closely with our design team while bringing your own design intuition to create seamless interfaces

Develop and maintain data visualizations and dashboards using Metabase, leveraging data warehouses to drive product and business insights

Proactively identify gaps and opportunities for improvement across our platform, taking initiative to solve problems before they become issues

Write clean, maintainable code that sets the foundation for our growing engineering team

Collaborate with engineers, founders, and designers to ship
- impact features quickly

Opportunity to contribute to AI projects using Open
AI API, Together AI, Solid
JS, Vite, Tailwind, Caddy as interests and bandwidth allow.

What We're Looking For

5+ years of
- stack development experience with strong
- end expertise

Mastery of Node. js, Postgre
SQL, and React

Design intuition and passion for creating exceptional user experiences

Experience in software architecture and designing RESTful APIs

Proficiency in Docker and deploying/monitoring production applications on AWS

Self-starter mentality - you see problems and solve them without waiting for detailed instructions

Execution-focused with ability to work independently and fill gaps proactively

Pragmatic approach to build vs. buy decisions - you evaluate when to integrate existing tools/products versus building from scratch, and don’t reinvent the wheel when proven solutions already exist

Commitment to writing simple, clean code that other engineers can easily understand and build upon

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Comfortable with ambiguity, rapid iteration, and taking ownership of significant platform components

Bonus Points

Prior experience in a
- stage or Series A startup

Experience with UX Design

Experience with educational technology or learning platforms

Background in data visualization or analytics dashboards
