We are expanding our global engineering team to improve the core football (soccer) experience and are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to help lead the development of key backend and frontend systems.

Job Description:

As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you will help architect and implement robust, scalable features across Sleeper’s mobile and backend infrastructure. You’ll collaborate closely with other engineers, product managers, and designers to drive key decisions and ensure we deliver reliable,
- quality experiences to millions of users.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of new
  - stack features
• Own backend architecture and
  - time data integrations
• Mentor
  - level engineers and guide best practices
• Contribute to bug triage, system reliability, and performance tuning
• Collaborate
  - functionally to deliver
  - focused product improvements

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in
  - stack or
  - focused engineering
• Proficiency with Elixir and Phoenix
• Experience designing Graph
  QL APIs and building
  - time systems (Web
  Sockets, Pub
  Sub)
• Familiarity with Cassandra or DBSolo
• Strong frontend skills in React Native, Type
  Script, and state management patterns
• Ability to deliver performant,
  - optimized user experiences
• Excellent communication and collaboration in remote teams
