We are preparing our market entry in Iberia and are looking for people who want to be part of this mission.
The Role
We’re looking for a Full-Stack Engineer to join our core team and work closely with our Head of Engineering. You’ll help design and build APIs and dashboards that connect hospitals and clinics to Blood
Flow’s AI platform. This is a role where you’ll work across the stack — from secure. NET APIs to React dashboards — with a lot of ownership and direct impact.
What you’ll do
- Design, develop, and maintain. NET (C#) backend APIs used by clinics and partners.
- Build frontend applications in React + Tailwind CSS for clinical dashboards and reporting.
- Support Node. js/Type
Script services where needed for integration or tooling. - Work with relational databases (SQL Server/Postgre
SQL) to model and query data efficiently. - Collaborate with the AI/RAG team to integrate new features into the platform.
- Contribute to code reviews, testing, documentation, and best practices.
What we’re looking for
- 3+ years of experience in software development.
- Solid experience with. NET / C# for backend development.
- Strong frontend skills with React (and ideally Tailwind CSS).
- Familiarity with Node. js/Javascript.
- Good understanding of relational databases (SQL Server or Postgre
SQL). - Strong fundamentals in API design, authentication (OIDC/JWT), and clean code.
- Portuguese fluency and technical English.
Nice to have (not required)
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, or cloud/on-prem deployments.
- Knowledge of observability tools (Open
Telemetry, Prometheus, Elastic/Grafana). - Exposure to healthcare interoperability (FHIR, HL7).
- Interest in AI/ML integration.
