Job Purpose

To design, build, and enhance sophisticated publishing solutions across content management, access control, workflow, and reporting systems – supporting core business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and develop scalable solutions using the Microsoft tech stack.
• Contribute significantly to Agile teams delivering
  - impact features.
• Design and integrate scalable software architecture with existing systems.
• Provide enhancements and ongoing support for applications and platforms.
• Promote continuous improvement and Dev
  Ops best practices across SDLC.
• Research and implement engineering standards to improve performance.
• Mentor team members, influence peers, and foster
  - sharing.
• Actively engage in remote team collaboration and Agile ceremonies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Extensive
  - stack development experience with strong command of the Microsoft technology stack.
• Proficiency in cloud platform development, particularly with Microsoft Azure.
• Strong analytical mindset with
  - solving capabilities and attention to detail.
• Experience working in Agile teams and remote environments.
• Strong communicator with the ability to build relationships across global teams.
• Experience mentoring and technically guiding junior or
  - level engineers.
• Recognized as a
  - to expert in one or more technical areas.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in content management, publishing systems, or
  - learning platforms is a plus.
