We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Engineer eager to take on new challenges in a hybrid work model in Lisbon or Porto.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Tech Lead to design and implement complex software solutions.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications by working closely with the Product Owner.
• Apply coding best practices to ensure high performance, scalability, and maintainability of applications.
• Mentor and guide fellow developers to enhance team productivity and cohesion.
• Analyze and resolve technical challenges with effective and sustainable solutions.
• Drive innovation by continuously improving development processes and technologies.

Essential Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Fullstack Developer or Backend Developer with frontend development exposure.
• Technical expertise in the following:
• ELK Stack, particularly Elasticsearch and Kibana.
• Java and
  - oriented programming principles.
• Spring Boot 3.
• Angular (preferably the latest versions).
• Designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and efficient RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Bitbucket, XL Deploy, XL Release, or similar platforms.
• Exceptional analytical and
  - solving skills.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with technical and
  - technical stakeholders.
• Minimum B2 level proficiency in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in financial services, particularly SEPA payments.
• Experience with Kafka and PL/SQL.
• Proficiency in English at C1 level and French at B2 level or higher.
• Relevant certifications in software development or agile methodologies.
• Experience with agile project management tools like Jira and Confluence.
