Full Stack Developer – Early-Stage AI Startup

Tech experience, a clickable prototype, and early customer interest—now they’re hiring their first Full Stack Developer to help bring the MVP to life.

This is a chance to work on something ambitious from day one, alongside a small, driven team shaping a new product category.

The Role

You’ll be the primary engineer responsible for building the backend and frontend of a dashboard that surfaces insights from AI assistant responses. You’ll work closely with data scientists and product leadership to turn raw data into polished, interactive dashboards that help brands understand and improve their presence in AI interfaces.

What You’ll Work On

• Building an interactive web dashboard using React and data visualisation libraries like D3. Js or Recharts
• Designing backend services in Flask, Fast
  API, or Node. Js to support model outputs and scoring logic
• Creating pipelines to ingest, process, and store LLM response data
• Connecting data science outputs to frontend components via APIs
• Deploying and scaling the product using Firebase, Supabase, or equivalent infrastructure
• Supporting features like user authentication, filtering, and feedback mechanisms

What They're Looking For

• 2–5 years of full stack experience, ideally in a Saa
  S or startup setting
• Strong frontend skills in React, plus experience with visualisation tools
• Confident building APIs and backend logic in Python or Node
• Familiarity with cloud deployment (Vercel, Firebase, Supabase, etc. )
• Knowledge of SQL/Postgre
  SQL and working with structured data
• Comfort working in a
  - paced, iterative environment with lots of ownership

Nice to Have

• Experience querying LLM APIs (Open
  AI, Anthropic, Gemini, etc. )
• Prior work building dashboards or analytics platforms
• Interest in
  - stage product building and category creation
