• Maintain code quality through reviews, refactoring, and enforcing best practices

Requirements

• Proven experience building production React Native applications with real users
• Deep understanding of backend performance and optimization
• High quality standards with the ability to maintain
  - perfection while shipping on time
• Creativity, strong design sense, and passion for building seamless mobile experiences
• Experience scaling infrastructure, including databases (Postgres), hosting, and networking
• Exceptional
  - solving skills and attention to detail

Nice to Have

• Experience with Ethereum development
• Familiarity with Next. js and React for web
• Native mobile development experience (Swift for i
  OS or Kotlin for Android)
• Track record of technical leadership or mentorship
