About the role: As a Senior Vue. js & Python Full Stack Engineer, you will drive the
- end vision of an AI-powered platform that keeps product roadmaps on track and delivers real impact across teams. In this role, your ideas and decisions will directly shape the product’s direction and user experience, while you collaborate in a flat, transparent, and
- driven culture. It’s a chance to grow as both a technical leader and

What you will do

• Lead the
  - end efforts, becoming the team’s expert in Vue. js while collaborating with other engineers on
  - end development;
• Make quick, sound engineering decisions that balance product quality, speed, and business impact;
• Collaborate closely with
  - functional teams to deliver
  - quality features and improve the product experience;
• Mentor and support team members in
  - end best practices and technical
  - solving;
• Continuously improve processes, tools, and approaches to ensure scalable and maintainable
  - end architecture.

MUST HAVES

• Extensive experience in Vue. js and Python (at least 4 years in total with either Python or Vue);
• Product-focused mindset with genuine interest in the work being built;
• Proactive nature, asking questions and understanding the bigger picture;
• Take ownership of work and be accountable for outcomes;
• Bias for action: able to quickly test, iterate, and make decisions without getting stuck;
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fully remote environment with honesty and radical candor;
• Upper-Intermediate English level.

• Experience with Django;
• Experience in an
  - stage startup environment;
