We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer (Ruby on Rails + React) to join our
- paced, collaborative team. You’ll work with product owners, designers, QA, and developers to build solutions that drive business impact, participating in all stages of product development from concept to release and iteration. With an entrepreneurial mindset, you’ll run experiments, use metrics to guide decisions, and help evolve our applications and internal tools to improve experiences for customers and teammates.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain robust, scalable solutions using Ruby on Rails, React, and Graph
  QL
• Lead the product development process in collaboration with Product, Design, Analytics, and other stakeholders
• Build polished,
  - touch user interfaces
• Design and implement scalable solutions
• Enhance 3D modeling integrations, data processing pipelines, and interactive property models
• Improve existing code through refactoring and optimization
• Collaborate with engineers to architect reliable systems
• Ensure
  - quality code delivery through unit and
  -
  - end testing
• Continuously improve development processes and system performance
• Make a measurable impact on user experience for construction and skilled trades customers
• The project duration is 6 months

MUST HAVES

• 5+ years of experience in
  - stack development, with strong backend technologies like Ruby on Rails and frontend frameworks such as React
• Experience with building RESTful architectures and/or Graph
  QL APIs, designing efficient, scalable, and secure interfaces for internal and external use
• Proficiency in
  - based environments (e. g. , AWS or Google Cloud) and experience building scalable applications that support complex workflows
• Working hours: Most of the team works Pacific Time. Ideally, some overlap between 8 AM – 4 PM PT, but this is not a strict requirement
• Upper-Intermediate English level

NICE TO HAVES

• Experience with Java, C# development
• Product growth and lifecycle management: Experience building and growing products from initial launch through maturity
• Technical leadership experience: Ability to take features from concept to delivery with alignment to product goals
• Team leadership experience guiding engineers to deliver innovative solutions
• Engineering-driven mindset and ownership of outcomes in collaboration with product teams
• Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Design, Analytics, and Legal to meet business and regulatory requirements
