Full Stack Engineer (Senior/Lead) ID41207 at Agile
Engine. We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer (Ruby on Rails + React) to join our
- paced, collaborative team. You’ll work closely with product owners, designers, QA, and developers to build solutions that drive business impact, participating in all stages of product development from concept to release and iteration.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain robust, scalable solutions using Ruby on Rails, React, and Graph
  QL;
• Lead the product development process in collaboration with Product, Design, Analytics, and other stakeholders;
• Build polished,
  - touch user interfaces;
• Design and implement scalable solutions;
• Enhance 3D modeling integrations, data processing pipelines, and interactive property models;
• Improve existing code through refactoring and optimization;
• Collaborate with engineers to architect reliable systems;
• Ensure
  - quality code delivery through unit and
  -
  - end testing;
• Continuously improve development processes and system performance;
• Make a measurable impact on user experience for construction and skilled trades customers;
• The project duration is 6 months.

Must have

• 5+ years of experience in
  - stack development with strong backend (Ruby on Rails) and frontend (React) expertise;
• Experience with building RESTful architectures and/or Graph
  QL APIs, designing efficient, scalable, and secure interfaces;
• Proficiency in
  - based environments (e. g. , AWS or Google Cloud) and building scalable applications that support complex workflows;
• Working hours: Most of the team works Pacific Time; overlap between 8 AM – 4 PM PT is preferred but not strictly required;
• Upper-Intermediate English level.

• Experience with Java, C# development;
• Product growth and lifecycle management experience from launch through maturity;
• Technical leadership experience guiding engineers from concept to delivery;
• Team leadership experience and ability to drive innovative solutions;
