What’s Your Ideal Background

• 8+ years of professional experience in fullstack software engineering, including experience in mobile app development.
• At least 2 years in a technical leadership or team lead role.
• Deep expertise in modern frontend frameworks (React. js, Next. js) and strong proficiency in Type
  Script and Java
  Script.
• Proven experience in mobile development using React Native and/or native Android and i
  OS technologies.
• Solid experience with backend technologies such as Node. js (Nest
  JS, Express), Python, or Java, and familiarity with microservice architectures.
• Proven track record working with relational and No
  SQL databases (e. g. , Postgre
  SQL).
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), containerization (Docker, Serverless), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of security, performance, and scalability best practices in fintech or regulated environments.
• Experience working in agile,
  - functional teams, ideally in a startup or
  - up context.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Portuguese is a plus), with the ability to explain complex technical topics to
  - technical stakeholders.
• Passion for mentoring and developing engineers, with a collaborative and inclusive leadership style.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Hands-on experience delivering

  - end testing (e. g. , Copilot, Windsurf, etc. ).
